本刊办刊宗旨在于向国外介绍中国石油界最新的学术、科研成果,广泛开展国际间的学术交流,促进中国石油科学技术的发展。主要刊登反映中国石油石油科学技术领域最新、最高水平科研成果的科技论文。其专业内容包括石油勘探与开发、石油储运工程、石油炼制与化工、石油机电工程、油田化工、石油工业经济管理与营销以及与石油工业有关的各个学科。

石油科学英文版杂志社介绍
1.来稿请用英文撰写,并请国内作者附相应的中文稿,以备审、编、校时准确理解原文含义。来稿内容可以是原创性科研论文,也可以是某专业领域综述性论文,但两种论文内容必须与石油有关。英文要求用词准确,符合英语惯用语法,尽量使用相对简单的句式以保证意思表达清楚。

2.本刊不接受邮件投稿。

3.来稿必须包括下列要素:论文题目;作者姓名;作者单位;摘要;关键词;论文正文;(致谢;)参考文献。

4.论文题目。题目应用最少量的单词充分表述论文的核心内容,力求准确、简洁,除非必要,避免使用非定量的修饰词,如rapid,new等,删去不必要的冠词和多余的说明性冗词,如studyof(on),researchon,investigationof(on),analysisof,developmentof,evaluationof等等。

5.作者姓名采用汉语拼音形式,姓前名后,首字母大写,如:ZhangXiaoguang,WangYan。作者可以是一个或多个;请用脚注标明通讯作者姓名及其Email,通讯作者一般是作者团队中提出论文研究思路的核心成员,如研究生导师或课题主要负责人等。

6.作者单位。请尽量将作者单位写具体,如:SchoolofPetroleumEngineering,ChinaUniversityofPetroleum,Beijing102249,China。不同单位的在作者姓名右上角用阿拉伯数字加注上角标。

7.摘要。摘要是文章内容的高度浓缩,目的是使读者通过阅读摘要可以知道作者的主要观点、方法。应能提炼论文的主要观点,简明描述研究内容和范围,顺序叙述研究的目的、方法、结果和结论。摘要中一般不出现符号、插图、表格、参考文献、公式、缩略语等。

8.关键词。关键词5-10个,在词语选择上应注意其涵盖的领域范围深浅得当,一般应涉及更广泛的专业领域或地理范围,以增加在数据库中被检索到的几率,使论文被更多的大同行检索到。

9.论文各级标题号一律用阿拉伯数字连续编号,不同层次的数字之间用下圆点相隔,最末数字后不置标点,如1,1.1,1.1.1。各级标题均为首字母大写。

10.参考文献。参考文献是反映文章质量、甚至此文是否能够得到更多同行关注的一个重要因素,因此请务必重视参考文献的使用。

每篇文章至少应有15篇以上的参考文献,其中最近5年的文献应占2/3以上。参考文献的引用格式分文中和文后两种情况:在行文中用括号注出,注明作者的姓和发表年份。在文后按作者姓氏字母顺序列出所有的参考文献。请注意,文后所列的参考文献必须与文中引用的文献一一对应,不能出现文中引用而文后没有列出,或文后列出的文献在行文中没有引用的情况。

参考文献一般分为期刊论文和专著书籍两大类,在文后全部按作者姓氏字母顺序排列,作者姓前名后。中文文献需译为英文,并在最后注明“(inChinese)”字样。在文中引用参考文献时,如遇到两篇或两篇以上文献在同一处引用,中间用分号隔开,如(WangandZhang,1990;Robertetal,1998)。如同一处引用的两篇文献在文中引用形式只有年代不同,则可以省略写为(WangandZhang,1990;1998)。但如果文中引用形式不同,如(WangandZhang,1990;Wang,1998;Wangetal,2006),则只能逐一列出,不能省略。
参考文献中的书名、文章名、出版社名称、期刊名称等必须与原译文一致,不能随便翻译。

11.量和单位。各种参数、单位及符号要符合国家和有关专业标准,公式中各项物理量均应注明物理意义,并使用法定计量单位。

12.缩略语在文中首次使用时应注明全称。

13.图件应清晰可读,分辨率必须大于150dpi,图件中的文字一律需译为英文,必须清晰可辨。图件尺寸(含图版)不得超过1个版面(大16开)。

14.请作者在投稿后自留底稿。编辑部收到稿件后90天内会发送Email告知作者稿件是否刊用。在此期间请勿另投其他刊物。对修改后录用的稿件,作者应按照编辑部提出的修改意见修改好后将修改稿尽快返回编辑部。

15.随附的中文稿件文责自负。对英文稿件,编辑部若要在内容上进行实质性修改,须征得作者同意,但编辑部有权对其进行英文语言文法方面的修改及内容上的删节。

16.本刊与Springer公司合作出版,并已被SCI-E、俄罗斯文摘、CNKI中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据、ChinaInfo、美国化学文摘、美国石油文摘、剑桥科学文摘收录,论文发表前编辑部会与作者签定版权转让协议,由作者授权石油科学编辑部发表该论文,并同意被以上检索系统收录。如作者向本刊投稿,则视为同意授权出版并被以上检索系统收录,特此约定。

17.论文发表后,本刊对刊出的稿件按规定向作者收取版面费,并按规定支付作者稿酬,向作者赠送刊登有其论文的期刊2本。
